Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Hismile™ packaging, ensuring all components are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
